This firearm ships standard ground unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. All handgun purchases require transfer through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Upon order placement, you must provide the contact information and federal license number of the receiving FFL dealer. We will ship directly to that dealer after verifying their license. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase this handgun, and all federal, state, and local laws apply. It is your responsibility to ensure the receiving FFL will accept transfers from out-of-state retailers. Some states have magazine capacity restrictions; the included 30-round magazine may not be shipped to restricted jurisdictions. Orders shipped to states with such restrictions will be modified or cancelled per applicable law. No returns or cancellations accepted after the firearm has shipped.
