Key Features
- Dynamic Performance Trigger — Why it matters: This trigger gives you a clean 4.5-lb pull with a short, tactile reset, helping you shoot faster and more accurately without over-travel.
- Optics-Ready Slide — Why it matters: The slide is pre-milled for popular red dots (RMR, Holosun, etc.) so you can mount a reflex sight without sending the slide to a machine shop.
- Aggressive Grip Texture — Why it matters: The 360-degree texture locks your hand in place even with sweaty or gloved hands, giving you consistent control during rapid fire.
- Serrated Steel Slide — Why it matters: Front and rear serrations give you a solid purchase for press checks or slide manipulation, even with wet or cold hands.
- MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny Rail — Why it matters: You can mount a weapon light or laser directly to the rail without adapters, making it ready for low-light or home-defense use.
Who It's For
This pistol is built for shooters who want a compact 9mm for everyday carry or duty use, especially those who value ergonomics and an optics-ready platform. It’s a strong choice for new gun owners who want a reliable, easy-to-shoot handgun right out of the box, and for experienced shooters who want a proven platform with a better trigger and grip.
Pros / Cons
- Pros: Excellent trigger (Dynamic Performance), optics-ready out of the box, aggressive grip that doesn’t slip, compact enough for concealed carry, reliable from the first round.
- Cons: The grip texture may be too rough for some shooters who prefer a smoother feel against the skin during all-day carry. Per Walther specs, the slide is cut for their specific optics plates, so you’ll need to buy the correct plate for your red dot (not included).

FAQ
Does this pistol come with optics plates?
No, the PDP Pro F-Series does not include optics plates. You will need to purchase the correct Walther PDP optics plate for your specific red dot (available separately). The slide is pre-milled for the Walther footprint, so any plate that fits the PDP line will work.
What is the trigger pull weight?
The Dynamic Performance Trigger has a factory pull weight of approximately 4.5 pounds, with a short reset and minimal over-travel. Per Walther specs, this is consistent across all PDP Pro models.
Is this pistol safe for concealed carry?
Yes, the compact size (6.6 inches overall length, 1.3 inches width) and 21.5-ounce weight make it suitable for IWB or OWB carry. The aggressive grip texture may print through thin clothing, so we recommend a quality holster and a cover garment.
How many magazines are included?
This model ships with three 10-round magazines. This gives you a solid start for training, range sessions, or carrying a spare.
