Key Features
- Compact slide profile — WHY IT MATTERS: The 3.5-inch barrel and reduced slide mass let you transition targets faster and carry concealed without printing.
- 15-round magazine capacity — WHY IT MATTERS: You get enough rounds for defensive scenarios or a full training session without constant reloads, matching standard duty loads.
- Black nitride finish — WHY IT MATTERS: This surface treatment resists holster wear and moisture corrosion, keeping your carry gun looking serviceable after thousands of draws.
- Striker-fired trigger system — WHY IT MATTERS: Consistent trigger pull weight (per TISAS specs, approximately 5.5 lbs) helps you build repeatable muscle memory for accurate shot placement.
- Full-length steel guide rod — WHY IT MATTERS: Adds forward weight to mitigate muzzle rise and improves slide cycling reliability during rapid fire.

FAQ
Is the TISAS PX-9 Carry 9mm 3.5″ 15rd BLK reliable for daily carry?
Yes. The PX-9 Carry uses a proven striker-fired design with a steel guide rod and black nitride slide. According to TISAS specs, the barrel is cold-hammer-forged for consistent accuracy. Users report thousands of rounds without malfunctions when properly lubricated.
Can I mount an optic on this model?
The standard PX-9 Carry does not include an optic cut. You’ll need a slide-milling service or an adapter plate for red-dot compatibility. Many owners choose to run iron sights for concealed carry.
What holsters fit the TISAS PX-9 Carry?
Because the PX-9 Carry shares a similar trigger guard and slide profile to many compact 9mm pistols, it fits most universal holsters and some Glock 19-compatible kydex models. Always test retention before carrying.
Does this pistol work with +P ammunition?
Yes. The PX-9 Carry is rated for +P loads per TISAS. The steel guide rod handles increased pressure, making it suitable for defensive ammunition.
