FAQ
Does the Tisas PX-5.7 FO Raptor come with a threaded barrel?
Yes, the 4.8-inch barrel is threaded (1/2x28 thread pitch) and comes with a thread protector installed. You can attach a suppressor or compensator right away.
What magazines does it use?
It ships with two 20-round steel magazines. They are proprietary to the Tisas PX-5.7 platform, but extra mags are available through Tisas and some third-party retailers.
Is the Tisas PX-5.7 reliable for self-defense?
From what I’ve seen and heard from customers, it runs well with quality 5.7x28mm ammunition. The round itself is proven for defense, though always test your specific carry ammo for reliability.
Can I mount a red dot on this pistol?
The slide is not optics-ready from the factory, but you can have it milled by a gunsmith for a red dot. The fiber optic front and adjustable rear sights work fine for iron-sight shooting.
