Key Features
- Optics-Ready Slide (SHIELD/RMSc footprint) – Why it matters: You can mount a micro red dot directly without extra machining, giving you faster target acquisition and better low-light performance.
- Integral Compensator – Why it matters: Milled into the barrel, this reduces muzzle rise and helps you stay on target for follow-up shots, especially useful for new shooters.
- Tritium-Luminated Front Sight with U-Notch Rear – Why it matters: The tritium insert glows in darkness, while the U-notch rear gives a clear sight picture in any lighting, so you can shoot confidently at dawn or dusk.
- Adaptive Grip Texture – Why it matters: The polymer frame has a textured surface that grips your hand securely without being abrasive, making it comfortable for all-day carry and shooting.
- Loaded Chamber Indicator – Why it matters: A small visual and tactile indicator on the top of the slide lets you know if a round is chambered, adding an extra layer of safety during handling.
Who It's For
This pistol is for anyone looking for a reliable, compact 9mm for everyday carry. It works well for new gun owners who want a manageable size for concealed carry, and for experienced shooters who need a backup or a lighter option. The optics-ready slide also appeals to those who want to upgrade to a red dot later.
Pros & Cons
- Pros: Optics-ready from the factory, integral compensator reduces recoil, tritium sights for low-light use, lightweight at 21 oz, 10-round capacity for compliance in restricted states.
- Cons: The 10-round magazine capacity is lower than the standard 15-round model, which may be a drawback if you prefer more rounds. The grip texture can feel aggressive against bare skin under a shirt.

FAQ
Does the Hellcat Pro OSP 10rd come with a red dot sight?
No, it does not include a red dot. The slide is optics-ready with a SHIELD/RMSc footprint, so you can mount your own micro red dot if desired.
What magazines are included with this model?
It ships with two 10-round magazines. This is the restricted-capacity version for states with magazine limits.
Is the Hellcat Pro OSP 10rd good for beginners?
Yes, the integral compensator reduces felt recoil, and the tritium sights help with aiming. The lightweight polymer frame also makes it easier to carry all day.
Can I use standard Hellcat Pro magazines in this pistol?
No, this 10-round model uses specific 10-round magazines. Standard 15-round Hellcat Pro magazines are not compatible due to the shorter magazine body.
What holsters fit the Hellcat Pro OSP?
Most holsters designed for the Hellcat Pro will fit, but confirm the holster is compatible with the optics-ready slide if you mount a red dot. Many manufacturers now offer OSP-specific holsters.
