Key Features
- Factory AOS Optic Cut – No aftermarket milling needed. The Agency Optic System accepts multiple footprint plates, letting you swap between RMR, Holosun, or Shield optics in minutes.
- Viridian RFX11 Green-Dot Optic Included – 3 MOA green dot for fast target acquisition, auto-brightness, and a 20,000-hour battery life. This optic is mounted and zeroed before the pistol leaves the factory.
- Four 9-Round Magazines – Extra mags mean less downtime at the range. These are standard Springfield 1911 9mm mags with steel bodies and polymer basepads.
- VZ G10 Grips – Aggressive texture gives you a positive purchase in wet or dry conditions. These are the same grips found on custom 1911s costing twice as much.
- Accessory Rail & Forward Cocking Serrations – Mount a light or laser without a dedicated gunsmith. The front serrations give you an extra purchase point for press checks or slide manipulation.
Who It’s For
This rig is built for shooters who want a modern defensive 1911 without the hassle of aftermarket slide work. If you’re a training student looking to transition from irons to a red dot, this Gear Pac gives you everything you need in one purchase. It also suits the experienced 1911 fan who wants a 9mm range gun with a dot and extra magazines right now.
Pros & Cons
- Pros: Factory optics-ready with included dot, four magazines, match-grade barrel, VZ grips, no gunsmith required.
- Cons: The included Viridian RFX11 is a solid entry-level optic, but some shooters may prefer a higher-end unit like an RMR Type 2. The trigger is a good factory 1911 trigger, not a custom trigger job.
