- 5.5" Threaded Barrel – Factory-threaded 1/2x28 for suppressors or compensators. You can run it quiet or flat without aftermarket work.
- Glock Magazine Compatibility – Uses standard Glock 9mm magazines (10-round included, but accepts 15, 17, 33-round mags). No need to buy proprietary mags.
- Compact Polymer Frame – Lightweight at under 22 ounces, with an ergonomic grip angle and textured surfaces. Carries easily, shoots controllably.
- Ambidextrous Controls – Safety, magazine release, and bolt catch are mirrored for left- or right-handed shooters. No training scars.
Who It's For
This pistol fits anyone who wants a compact, soft-shooting 9mm for home defense, concealed carry, or range training. New shooters will appreciate the reduced recoil. Experienced shooters will like the threaded barrel and Glock mag compatibility. If you're looking for a handgun that handles like a larger pistol but packs down small, this is it.
Pros and Cons
- Pros: Very low muzzle rise, Glock mags, threaded barrel, ambi controls, reliable cycling with most 9mm ammo.
- Cons: The unique Super V system requires a slightly different manual of arms for disassembly – not a field-strip for beginners. Also, the grip angle may feel different if you're used to 1911s.

FAQ
Does the KRISS Vector SDP G3 come with a threaded barrel?
Yes, the 5.5-inch barrel is factory-threaded 1/2x28, ready for a suppressor or compensator right out of the box.
What magazines does this pistol use?
It uses standard Glock 9mm magazines (G17, G19, etc.). The 10-round magazine is included, but you can run 15-, 17-, or 33-round mags without modification.
Is the Vector SDP G3 good for concealed carry?
At 21.7 ounces and a compact frame, it's doable with a proper holster. The threaded barrel adds length, so consider a shorter holster if you carry appendix. It's more suited to home defense or range carry.
How does the Super V system affect reliability?
Per KRISS TDI specs, the Super V system is designed to cycle reliably with standard-pressure 9mm ammo. I've seen them run flawlessly with 115- and 124-grain FMJ and hollow points. Stick with quality ammunition.
Can I use aftermarket Glock triggers or parts?
No, the Vector uses its own trigger and fire control group. Stick with KRISS-specific parts for safety and function.
