Key Features
- Serrated Slide – Why it matters: When your hands are sweaty or you're under stress, those serrations give you a sure grip to cycle the action. No fumbling, no slip.
- Rubberized Backstrap – Why it matters: The ergonomic shape fills your palm and the tacky rubber keeps the pistol planted in your hand during recoil. You stay on target faster.
- Picatinny Accessory Rail – Why it matters: Mount a compact weapon light for low-light self-defense. In an apartment hallway or parking garage, seeing your threat before they see you is a real advantage.
- Snag-Free Profile – Why it matters: No sharp edges or protruding controls to catch on your holster or clothing. This means a smoother draw and less chance of the gun shifting when you need it most.
- Compact Dimensions – Why it matters: At just over 6 inches long, it tucks easily inside the waistband or in a pocket holster. You can carry all day without printing.
Who It's For
This pistol is built for the urban CCW holder who needs a reliable, affordable compact 9mm for daily carry and occasional range trips. Apartment dwellers will appreciate the manageable size for storage in a nightstand safe or lockbox. It's also a solid choice for new shooters who want a defensive handgun that's easy to shoot without breaking the bank.
Pros & Cons

- Pro: Rail and rubberized grip are features usually found on guns costing twice as much.
- Pro: Snag-free design makes it holster-friendly for concealed carry.
- Con: Only includes one magazine; you'll likely want to buy at least one spare for range sessions or carry backup. Aftermarket mags can be harder to find than for Glock or S&W.

FAQ
Is the FMK 9C1 G2 compatible with common holsters?
Yes, but because it's a less common platform than Glock or S&W, holster selection is narrower. Look for holsters specifically molded for the FMK 9C1 G2, or universal-fit nylon holsters. Many custom kydex makers can build one for you.
Does this pistol have a manual safety?
No, the FMK 9C1 G2 does not have a manual thumb safety. It relies on a trigger safety and a firing pin block. This is typical for many modern striker-fired pistols and keeps the draw stroke simple.
What is the magazine capacity for the FMK 9C1 G2?
The included magazine holds 10 rounds, making it compliant with most magazine capacity restrictions. Aftermarket extended magazines are available from some manufacturers, but they are not as common as for major brands.
