Key Features
- Tip-Up Barrel Design: Lets you load the chamber without racking the slide. This matters for shooters with reduced hand strength or anyone who wants to quietly chamber a round without noise or effort.
- Ambidextrous Safety & External Hammer: Offers easy, intuitive control for left- or right-handed users. The hammer gives you the option of a single-action or double-action first shot, adding versatility.
- 13+1 Round Capacity: Holds thirteen in the magazine plus one in the chamber. That's a solid count for a compact .380, giving you more rounds before a reload.
- Fixed Contrast Sights: Provide a clear sight picture in varying light. No batteries, no fuss—just a reliable point of aim for fast target acquisition.
- Gloss Black Finish with Gold Accents: Looks sharp and resists wear. The gold controls add a touch of class without being flashy, making this a conversation piece at the range.
Who It's For
This pistol is built for the southern shooter who appreciates traditional design and practical function. It's ideal for bird hunters who want a backup piece in the vest pocket, or for anyone who prefers a tip-up barrel for easy loading. The .380 ACP recoil is mild, making it a good fit for newer shooters or those with arthritis. If you value a compact, reliable handgun with a classic look, this one's for you.
Pros & Cons
- Pros: Tip-up barrel eliminates slide racking; ambidextrous safety; good capacity for a compact .380; attractive black/gold finish; external hammer offers SA/DA flexibility.
- Cons: The gold accents may not appeal to everyone—some prefer a more subdued look. Also, the fixed sights are not adjustable, so you'll need to practice to your load.
