Key Features
- Aggressively Cut Slide with Stingray Pattern – Why it matters: The deep serrations and unique Stingray cuts give you a positive grip on the slide for press checks and malfunction clears, even with sweaty hands.
- Chrome-Plated, Fluted, Threaded Barrel – Why it matters: The chrome lining resists corrosion and fouling, the fluting reduces weight, and the threaded barrel (5 inches) lets you run a suppressor or compensator without an adapter.
- Polymer Canik Trigger with 90° Break – Why it matters: The short, crisp break and fast reset make this trigger feel like a custom job out of the box, helping you shoot tighter groups at speed.
- Loaded Chamber Indicator & Tritium Front Sight – Why it matters: You get a visual and tactile chamber check, plus a tritium front sight that glows in low light, so you’re always ready for defensive or match use.
- Complete Accessory Kit Included – Why it matters: Two 18-round mags, an E-Z Loader, IWB/OWB reversible holster, two backstraps, two optic plates, Canik punch/tool kit, cleaning kit, and a gun lock — you don’t need to buy anything else to hit the range.
Who It’s For
This pistol is for the shooter who wants a reliable, accurate 9mm right out of the box without sending it off for custom work. It’s a great pick for competition shooters (USPSA, IDPA), home defense, or anyone who appreciates a threaded barrel and suppressor-ready setup. If you’re a newer shooter looking for a handgun that grows with your skills, the METE SFT Pro’s adjustable grip and low bore axis make it easy to shoot well from day one.
Pros & Cons
- Pros: Excellent trigger, threaded barrel included, full accessory package, reliable feeding with 115-147 grain ammo, tritium front sight.
- Cons: The Stingray slide cuts can collect lint or debris if carried concealed regularly — just give it a quick wipe. Also, the holster included is functional but basic; you may want to upgrade to a dedicated kydex rig for daily carry.

FAQ
Will the CIA HG8342S-N METE SFT Pro fit my existing Canik holsters?
It uses the METE SFT frame, so any holster molded for the METE SFT (no light) will work. The Stingray slide is slightly wider at the cuts, but most kydex and leather holsters with an open bottom will accommodate the threaded barrel.
What optic plates are included?
Two plates are in the box: one for micro red dots (Shield RMSc footprint) and one for full-size dots (Trijiicon RMR/Holosun 407C/507C). Check your optic’s footprint before mounting.
Can I run this pistol suppressed?
Yes. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 TPI, the standard for 9mm suppressors. The chrome-plated fluted barrel also holds up well under sustained fire with a can.
Is the trigger safe for carry?
Yes. The trigger has a blade safety and a 4.5-5 lb pull weight, which is standard for defensive use. The 90° break is crisp but not overly light. Just use a quality holster that covers the trigger guard.
