About this product
If you're looking for a full-size 1911 that makes a statement right out of the box, the Auto-Ordnance Cold Dead Hands Pistol 45 ACP 5 in. Brown Cerakote 7 rd. is exactly that. This is a production-grade, no-nonsense .45 built on a steel frame with a 5-inch barrel, wearing a tough brown Cerakote finish and factory engraving that reads '76' and 'Shall not be infringed' on the slide. The grips spell out 'PRY IT FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS' — a clear nod to the Second Amendment. Chambered in .45 ACP with a 7-round magazine, it's a range-ready, conversation-starting pistol that doesn't compromise on reliability.

Key Features
- Factory Engraved Slide — The '76' and 'Shall not be infringed' markings are laser-engraved at the factory, so you get a patriotic look that won't wear off. It matters because it's a permanent statement, not a decal or aftermarket add-on.
- Custom Grip Panels — The grips feature 'PRY IT FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS' in bold lettering. This matters because it sets the pistol apart from standard 1911s and gives it a distinct, no-compromise personality.
- Brown Cerakote Finish — This ceramic-based coating is applied by the factory for corrosion resistance and a consistent matte look. It matters because it holds up to holster wear and sweat better than blued or parkerized finishes.
- Full-Size 5-Inch Barrel — The 5-inch barrel gives you a longer sight radius and better velocity with .45 ACP. It matters because it improves accuracy and recoil management compared to shorter barrel 1911s.
- 7-Round Magazine — Comes with one 7-round stainless steel magazine. It matters because it's a standard capacity for a 1911, and you can easily find spares for range or carry use.
Who It's For

New gun owners will appreciate the simple, proven 1911 design, while experienced shooters will recognize the value in a production gun with custom-style features straight from the box.
