Apex Tactical built this Action Enhancement Trigger Kit to fix that — dropping the pull weight by about 1–2 pounds and cutting pre-travel and over-travel by roughly 20%. The result is a cleaner break, a reset you can actually feel, and a trigger that keeps up with you on the range or on the clock.
This kit replaces the stock trigger with a solid aluminum body and a center-mounted pivoting safety that keeps factory safety specs intact. It’s built for duty and everyday carry — no frills, just repeatable performance. Apex packs in the Duty/Carry components and the Action Enhancement Trigger, so you get the full upgrade in one box. Note: this won’t fit the Shield .45 ACP or the Gen 1 Shield. We strongly recommend having a gunsmith install the Ultimate Striker Block into the slide for best results.
