About this product
If you’re running an FN 509 or 503 here in Des Moines—or anywhere else in the country—you know the factory striker can wear out after enough dry-fire practice. That’s where this Apex Tactical Durable Striker comes in. It’s a direct drop-in swap, built by Apex Tactical Specialties to handle the kind of repetition that breaks lesser parts. Apex put over a million dry fires into R&D on this thing. It’s not a gimmick; it’s a solid upgrade for shooters who actually train.
Installation is straightforward if you’re comfortable with standard FN 509/503 disassembly. No fitting, no gunsmithing required. Just pull the old one, drop this in, and get back to the range. Whether you’re at the Iowa Gun Shop counter in Des Moines or having it shipped to your FFL, this striker is built to last longer than stock. We ship to all 50 states—licensed FFL dealer, no hassle.
