Fusion Firearms presents a more economical 1911 70 series single stack frame. This is an exceptional quality frame for new builders and professionals alike. The “C-Class” frame includes “off the shelf” features that are generally only found on custom grade frames costing more than twice as much. Precision investment cast from carbon 4140 steel, and CNC machined to final dimensions. Heat treated to Rc 30-34 for optimum performance and durability. Slightly Oversize frame rails allow the gunsmith to achieve an exceptionally tight slide-to-frame fit for more consistent accuracy. These frames come standard with all of the more modern amenities that today’s 1911 builder desires. Items such as, pre-tapped grip screw bushing holes, precision reamed frame holes, .25” radius beavertail cut, Under-cut trigger guard, Beveled Mag-Well Opening, Matte finished rounds & Ground polished sides and Polished feed ramp.
